into what is now the Republic
Centre.
Our Company
was contracted as a joint-venture
partner with the owner to lease the
newly renovated building and
successfully took the building from
32% to 85% occupancy. It now is home
to one of Chattanooga’s largest law
firms occupying three floors. |

Due
partly to our success at the
Republic Centre, our firm was
approached by Chattanooga’s largest
office park, Osborne Office Park, to
manage the leasing for their
offices. At the conclusion of our
contract we achieved 95% occupancy
for the entire office park. |

A
28 acre tract of land in a growing
suburban Chattanooga area zoned
residential was listed with our
firm. We began working with the CEO
and governing board of one of the
largest hospitals in the southeast,
Erlanger Hospital, for a potential
new medical development on the land.
Over a period of 8 months, in
working with the Planning Commission
and local residents, we were
successful in the rezoning and sale
of the property that is now known as
Erlanger East. |

Among
others, our firm was allowed the
opportunity to present our marketing
strategy for the 24 acre 97,000 sq
ft Pro Group Golf Company property
in Ooltewah, TN. We were awarded
the contract at a list price
$3,700,000. Within 30 days the
property sold and closed for the
price of $3,200,000.

prominent regional holding company
tasked our firm to perform a
confidential sale-leaseback on a
100,000 + sq ft manufacturing
facility in North Georgia. We were
successful in meeting the owners’
pre-determined sale and lease back
price within the allowed time. |

Mills Inc. chose our firm to
represent them in the sale of their
47,000 sf Class A Corporate
Headquarters located in Chattanooga.
We listed the property at
$4,500,000. Within a period of nine
months we sold the property for
$4,430,000.
